Burmese food and family fun!

Neil is Pat's uncle, his mom's younger brother. Neil is married to Tina, who came to the USA when she was 17 from Burma. She has several older brothers and sisters. Her sisters are also visiting (they all live in Mesa), together they cook amazing Burmese food and it is nothing short of incredible! They spend all day marinating, chopping, and dicing. It is a true labor of love. We were blessed to partake of this food tonight!! Believe me, we were all very grateful. To top this day off we had more family arrive; Mike & Dianne, and Bill (Pat's cousin) & Gwen. Mike is Pat's brother and I haven't seen him in over 20 years! It's wonderful that we are able to get together. I only wish all our kids could be here, but I am still grateful that we are all together.
