For Mother's Day Pat got me a KitchenAid ice cream maker/attachment. I've used it twice so far. The first time the ice cream was a little rich, I am hoping the batch I 'made' today will be less rich. Since it's Fast Sunday I wasn't actually able to taste the creamy goodness, but I will later! I'm grateful for the ease of using this ice cream maker. No salt, no ice, no fuss, I love it! Fortunately I was able to make the mixture yesterday then refrigerate it for today, so all I had to do was pull out the ice cream attachment bowl, get it started on my KitchenAid and twenty minutes later ice cream was made! Yay!
