rachel's library card

way back when, we moved back to this area. at the time i applied for a library card, but it never came through. they said i had to reapply...that was nearly eight years ago!

rachel has been allowing me to use her library card all this time; she is the best! i've been ordering books online, then she or i go and pick them up. i ordered four books the other day, today we were able to pick up one, the others will soon be in, that makes me happy.

one of the books i especially ordered for her since she wants to read it, 'the help'. not sure how it will be, we will see. we don't read what would be considered 'r' rated books. President Crockett says we need to only be doing things that exalt us - those types of books wouldn't. now this isn't some new change for us, it's just the standard we live by - he just helped reinforce that!

i am rambling, so sorry.

at any rate, i am grateful for rachel's library card, and hopefully will soon apply for my own!
