Baking mats

Our ward is having their annual scout fund raiser tonight. Along with selling pulled pork sandwiches they are having a bake sale. I volunteered to make something for the bake sale. I decided to make Chocolate Chip, M&M Cookies. Back in December I noticed that Costco had baking mats on sale. I've been wanting some for awhile now, I just didn't like the price. So, when I saw them at Costco I snatched them up! Whenever I use them (like today) I find that I continue to be grateful for them. They work wonderfully and much better than foil, or even parchment paper. Such a great buy!
