Oven bacon

The weather is warm here, actually it's 90 out right now. That means I don't really want to cook too much today, because it just serves to heat up our home. Not appreciated. Our daughter, Amy, cooks her bacon in the oven. I've never really done that before, but thought since we are having BLT's for dinner tonight this would be the day to give it a try!

I am grateful that I can cook things in the oven. (400 degrees on center shelf, in cold oven, for 15 - 20 minutes) This is a win.
