Our neighbors went fishing about two weeks ago and caught 18 trout! They cleaned them, then froze them, and then they shared them! I put them in our freezer to be cooked after our trip. That I did tonight. I salt and peppered them, put a little olive oil on them, added a few lemon slices, wrapped them individually in foil, then popped them into the oven (400 degrees - 15 minutes). My! Were those trout ever yummy! I'm grateful for our kind neighbors sharing their catch with us. Mmmmmm.
